Delhi Corona Cases Update 12 April: Last 24 hours in Delhi corona virus 1149 cases have been registered. At the same time, a patient infected with Corona has died. Corona is not the primary cause of death. Also, 677 patients have been cured on Wednesday. Now the number of active cases of corona has increased to 3347 in Delhi. According to the health bulletin issued by the Delhi Health Department, a total of 4827 tests of corona were done in the country’s capital on Wednesday. Out of this, 1149 people were found positive. The corona positivity rate was recorded at 23.8 percent.
According to the data of Delhi Health Department, till now the number of corona cases in Delhi has reached 2017250. At the same time, the death toll from Corona is 26546. Earlier on Tuesday, 980 new cases of corona virus were reported in Delhi. The positivity rate was recorded at 25.98 percent. A total of 3772 corona tests were done on Tuesday. Two people had also died, the primary cause of death of one of them was not Corona.
‘There is a possibility of increase in corona cases in Delhi’
Earlier, Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj had said that the cases of Kovid-19 in the national capital are expected to increase in the coming days, as the city is densely populated. At the same time, he had asked people with ‘flu’ like symptoms to wear masks and avoid going to public places. He said, “The Delhi government and its health department are on high alert.” Bhardwaj warned the people that there is a possibility of increase in Covid cases in the city in the coming days.
